STUDENT SPOTLIGHT – Caide Heiss

Sunday August 1, 2021

This month, we’re excited to feature cello student Caide Heiss!

Caide is just 5 years old, making him the youngest student to be featured in a Flourish Student Spotlight! He most recently performed Suzuki’s “Lightly Row” for the Spring Recital (pictured right).

Ms. Romina Monsanto, Caide’s cello teacher, nominated him because of his excellent practice habits and progress in lessons. She says:

“Caide is always positive and ready to learn. He has been learning pieces faster and faster, and he has so much fun learning them! Caide also practices daily and is always ready for lessons. He is always ready to play and his music theory gets better every week. For his age, I think Caide shows great patience and maturity to learn cello.”

Read on to learn more about Caide!
