This month, we’re excited to feature Adult Piano student Meagan Birely!
She was a student of Ms. Esther and here is what she had to say about Meagan:
“Meagan has been a pleasure to teach! She always comes with a great attitude to her lessons and is willing to learn something new. She has grown so much as a musician since she started at Flourish and can’t wait to see how she grows on her musical journey. She’s always a presence at our Soirées and willing to share her music with everyone else!”

How long have you taken Piano lessons?
9 Months.
What do you love about playing?
I love the challenge of learning something completely new and trying new music and techniques each week.
What is your favorite music to play or listen to? Favorite composer?
I don’t have a favorite right now, but I like looking and hearing new songs to play.
What do you like about Flourish?
I LOVE the supportive, friendly environment at Flourish. I was nervous to learn piano because I have never tried music of any kind, but I quickly learned that I was in good hands. Ms. Esther makes the process so smooth and gives me so much confidence. Everyone you encounter are very friendly.
What is your favorite music to play or listen to? Favorite artist?
Taylor Swift!
What else do you like to do?
I enjoy going to Broncos and Rockies games and walking my cute little dog, Murray.
Anything else you would like to add?
I look forward to coming to Flourish each week and can’t wait to see what I learn next!
